Current work and favorite topics/research areas
I work as a full-time assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs, where I teach in both Hungarian and English.
My professional focus is primarily on musculoskeletal disorders, spinal problems, and the prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries. In my work, I place special emphasis on promoting movement development and health preservation across different age groups, including athletes, older adults, and children.
How I can help / My areas of expertise within the YourLife program:
• Leading online spine-strengthening, posture-improving, mobilizing, and toning exercise sessions
• Providing spinal and lower-limb mobilization sessions for university staff
• Conducting Cardio Dance classes – dance-based aerobic workouts
A few personal details:
I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs, with a degree in Recreation and Health Promotion (2018), followed by a Physiotherapy degree (2019) and a master’s degree in Physiotherapy (2021). I am currently a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Health Sciences, and my professional work mainly involves helpingathletes, elderly individuals, and children.
Dance and movement have always played a central role in my life. As both an active athlete and a trainer, I consider the artistic and scientific aspects of movement equally important.
Key message / Why I joined the YourLife program:
In my profession, my goal is to share the joy and healing power of movement with as many people as possible — whether through education, therapy, or community activities.
My motto: “Move today to be healthier tomorrow.”
