A few personal details:
I graduated as a physiotherapist from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs in 2003. As a young professional, I started my career at the Department of Neurosurgery, Clinical Center, University of Pécs, while also studying English language and literature at the Faculty of Humanities, where I earned my degree in 2007.After a few years of teaching and coordinating work at the Institute of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Health Sciences, I moved to Germany in 2010 and spent nearly a decade there. In addition to gaining a wide range of professional experience, I also encountered many inspiring examples of musculoskeletal prevention. During this time, I discovered BodyArt, a training method that can be applied both in rehabilitation and in prevention.A long-time dream of mine came true in 2024, when—after successfully completing the exam—I became an internationally certified BodyArt trainer.
Key message / Why I joined the YourLife program:
I have always placed great emphasis on motivating and inspiring patients to commit to regular exercise. I believe that those who take care of their bodies and keep themselves strong are better equipped to handle life’s challenges—because movement not only strengthens us physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
I was delighted to join the YourLife program because I am convinced that preserving our health in the long term depends on making time for meaningful self-care. It is a true privilege when this can take place within a supportive workplace community.
"Approach movement as you would life—with enthusiasm, joy, and gratitude. For movement is life, and life is movement."
