Current work and favorite topics/research areas:
I have been working at the University of Pécs Medical School, Department of Public Health Medicine since September 2023. Alongside my academic work, I have been working as a personal trainer in a fitness center since 2020.
Each session and training plan is tailored to the individual goals and needs of the participants. My aim is to create sessions that are effective but also enjoyable, so that exercise becomes something people look forward to — not another obligation.
How I can help / My areas of expertise within the program:
A few personal details:
I’ve loved being physically active since childhood. I genuinely enjoy working out to my favorite music, clearing my head, then continuing my daily tasks — or heading home to rest — feeling pleasantly tired and refreshed. Because of this, I strongly believe that regular exercise is not only essential for physical health and fitness, but also for managing stress and maintaining mental clarity.
I initially started training more intensely because I wasn’t satisfied with my looks. While appearance isn’t everything, reaching personal goals through well-chosen exercises and feeling comfortable in your own body helps build self-confidence. One of my biggest motivations is helping others experience this for themselves.
I’ve also worked as a Fitball trainer, supporting people from different age groups with exercises that not only build strength, but also improve coordination and help protect the joints from overuse.
I appreciate a relaxed, supportive atmosphere and aim to create this environment in every session.
Key message / Why I joined the YourLife program:
Both our bodies and minds need regular exercise and strengthening to function well. The longer we wait to make physical activity part of our routine, the more challenging it can be to address the musculoskeletal issues that tend to develop over time. That said, change is always possible — and it can have a powerful positive impact on how we feel every day.
