Where are you employed, what do you do now, and what is your favourite topic/research area within your field of specialisation?

I am an assistant professor at Eötvös József College, my research interests include mental health programs in the organization, emotional intelligence education

In what fields can you offer guidance and what is your specialised field in support of this program

The coaching process can be built around solving a specific challenge, achieving a goal but if none exists, it can also support a self-awareness process. I work with a variety of methodologies, from tests to different drawing boards, visualization tools, feeling and picture cards, story-telling cubes, etc. I try to bring in a method that is best suited to the client's needs, using development of the client. The aim is to get him out of the usual patterns of thinking and give the client a new perspective on the process. I find it important to explore (or reinforce) the strengths in the client, as this is essentially what (action plans) are formulated.

Please share a message or comment you feel relevant regarding the YourLife program, specifically, why you joined:
I joined the YourLife team because I believe that it is important for people in work/academic settings to have the opportunity to participate in processes supported by a professional facilitator, to feel the power of these meetings and to realise their potential as students and employees. I know from my own experience how much participating in a good coaching process during the university years can give to its participants, and I am confident that if participants in this programme are given the opportunity to experience this, they will be more willing and active in seeking these types of opportunities to maintain their mental health later in life.
