Program description

You only have 5 minutes, and want to relax a bit? You can bring a group mate, a colleague, or a friend along, but even if you come alone, there will always be someone to play with. You don't have to be particularly clever, strong, or good at games because it’s enough to come with a fun-loving attitude! You can choose from a variety of games (frisbee, volleyball, badminton, - and more ball options :) - hula hoops, etc.) or bring your own game if you have some sports equipment at home that you no longer use.

If you would like to try foam rolling - which is very popular for relieving muscle soreness, warming up and stretching muscles- or if you are about to buy a foam roller and need advice which one to choose, learn how to use your foam roller correctly and effectively here!

Arrive in comfortable gym clothes so you can move freely. We will provide the yoga mat, you need to bring your own foam roller.

Program description

Zumba fitness is a form of movement that incorporates almost all Latin American dance elements, so the classes are not only invigorating thanks to the exercise! As well as being a great workout and a great way to get fit, Zumba also teaches you the basics of some of the most popular dances. Unlike a traditional aerobics class or gym workout, Zumba is more like a dance class. The choreography includes elements of salsa, rumba, samba, reggaeton, conga, cha-cha-cha, flamenco, tango, merengue, belly dance, hip-hop, African dances and many other Latin American dances.
