It’s easy to choose fast foods on busy workdays. We don’t have time to stay hours in the kitchen so preparing ready food is so much easier, especially when we are hungry. Do you know this situation? Pizza is the most frequently ordered food because it’s tasty, cheap, and quick. If you want to learn a new and healthier recipe, apply to the workshop. I promise it won’t take longer than a delivery.

What do we cook? Cauliflower pizza

Ingredients for one pizza 

Pizza „dough”: 

  • 200 g cauliflower (fresh) Note: If you buy a whole fresh cauliflower, the remain you can put in the freezer and use it later for another dish.
  • 20 g whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 piece egg
  • salt, black pepper, nutmeg, marjoram

Toppings (You can variate this by your own taste):

  • Red paprika cream: 1 piece red bell pepper or kápia paprika
  • 1 piece tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • oregano, salt, black pepper, basil, rosemary
  • 40 g light mozzarella
  • 1 piece tomato
  • fresh basil leaf

Required equipments: knife, chopping board, food processor
