10 October is World Mental Health Day. Mental health means different things to different people: for many it means better performance, for some it means peace of mind, for some it is the balance in life, for others it may even mean happiness.

The staff of YourLife and PsziKon (Psychology Counselling) also believe in approaching the topic from different angles, so between 10 and 21 October 2022, #pécs medical students and staff can choose from a variety of programs that may contribute to their mental health. The programs offer a range of opportunities for students and staff to recharge themselves through creative activities. The programs also provide a chance for participants to hear the most up-to-date information about mental health issues from top professionals, colleagues or even from fellow students with similar interests in an interactive format.

On this occasion, the major focus will be on addictions, their background, prevention and treatment.

Participation in the programs is free of charge for students and staff of the Medical School, but prior registration is required.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our programs!
