Dear Students, dear Colleagues,
we would like to invite all of you to a 21-day challenge with the goal of doing something for our health this month as well. A lot of us start a big lifestyle change and make resolutions at the start of the year. We do not know how far you got but we are hoping to make facing difficulties easier together.
The goal of the challenge is eating sugar-free for 21 days or to reduce sugar intake compared to normal habits. Even taking your morning coffee with one sugar instead of two counts!
What do you need to do to take part in the challenge?
Take a picture to prove what you have done to consume less sugar. We can then use these to inspire each other to try healthy foods and drinks. One picture is enough for participation, but more pictures mean higher chance of winning!
To encourage you to play, we will draw three winners from the participants who will get a YourLife hoodie, and a 10.000 HUF value gift package and personalised diet plan will be given to one of the most active participants.
